The ACC Dudley Children’s Contact Centre have been nominated for an award from The National Association of Child Contact Centres (NACCC). The award is known as the COVID-Hero Award for contact centres who have continued to support families throughout the pandemic.
ACC continued to work through the pandemic by offering video call contact sessions via Zoom, Skype and other services available to the families. The sessions were successful and popular amongst our clients to the point where some continue to use this service now despite ACC being open for face to face contact.
All of us here at The AoC & ACC are deeply touched by this nomination and could not be prouder of the work and support to families we have provided.
